The staff were fantastic, providing helpful recommendations and immediate assistance for issues. The outdoor seating area in the garden added a nice touch for evening drinks. On the downside, the beds felt quite hard, and the cleaning staff used strong detergents that left the room with an overpowering smell. Some noise from other guests could be heard at times. Overall, a solid option but in need of a few tweaks.

Embracing the charm of this hotel was easy thanks to the spacious room with a great view and friendly staff who promptly assisted with my needs. Just a short walk from the city, I appreciated the ample parking, although some noise from other guests occasionally broke the tranquility.

The location was perfect for visiting the charming old town, only a short walk away. The free parking was a big plus, especially for our family of four with two young kids. We had a good-sized family room for our 2 nights, with helpful staff accommodating our requests. Breakfast was decent considering it was included, and we found a nice variety to choose from, though some items could have been replenished better.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but the hair in the bathroom from previous guests was absolutely disgusting. not to mention, the soap was so tiny it barely foamed. with such a high price, i expected a complimentary upgrade or even free breakfast. ridiculous, really!

The staff was super welcoming and helped me with my wife's luggage when we checked in, it felt nice. The breakfast offered a good variety the garden view while dining was a nice touch in the morning sun.

I wouldn’t say it was exactly a bargain but it still felt reasonable for the experience we had.

We encountered a serious issue with bugs during our stay. multiple beetles appeared, including one on the pillow, leading to an uncomfortable night with little sleep. Additionally, the wardrobe where unused blankets were stored had a foul smell, making it unappealing to use.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Louro. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome right from check-in. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a delightful range, including freshly baked pastries and warm options, all enjoyed in a lovely garden setting.
